Job Summary

The EMEA Bid Coordinator within the UK reporting to the International EMEA Bid Manager to be based remotely or at our Milton Keynes based EMEA HQ.

The Bid Coordinator is responsible for managing and controlling the bid production process when responding to tender opportunities generated by sales teammates, in line with quality policies and procedures. The role is also responsible for maintaining and utilising a data library of proposals and responses, prioritising proposal production in support of strategic Business objectives.

Responsibilities

Including but not limited to the following:

  • Support Bid Team activities around answering and supporting client questionnaires and proposals.
  • Maintaining bid tools and content library, ensuring that all appropriate documentation is up to date and controlled.
  • Collaborates closely with various teams, consulting teams and solution sales teammates to ensure accurate, appropriate and engaging information is included in bid library.
  • Suggesting and developing improvements and efficiencies within the tender responses process, continuously delivering high calibre tender responses.

Qualifications

  • Industry recognized Certification or Masters Degree Key
  • 3 years minimum experience working on Bids in a Commercial or Enterprise spac
